Our speedy team is on it! All in-stock products are shipped within 1-2 business days from the day your order is placed.
I RECENTLY PLACED AN ORDER AND YOU SHIPPED IT. BUT NOW I WANT IT SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS. CAN YOU REDIRECT THE SHIPMENT FOR ME?
No. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, we cannot contact the carrier and redirect it to a different address.
WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
Yes, but only if you entered your email or cell phone number when you placed your order. Doing so triggers our system to automatically send an email or text that the packaged has shipped. You will also be sent status updates during transit.
HOW FAST WILL I GET MY ORDER?
That depends on how close you live to Tucson, Arizona. Most U.S. customers receive their orders in 4-5 days, but we cannot guarantee this. If you wish to pay for expedited shipping, please contact us BEFORE you place your order. Once your order ships from our warehouse we cannot make changes to the delivery options or address.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Just send us a note on Live Chat (you'll find the Chat button on the bottom of our home page) or email us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
After our team has shipped your order it cannot be canceled.
DO YOU HAVE AN IN-STORE PICK UP OPTION?
Yes, you can pick up your order TUE-FRI from 10AM-3PM in our Tucson retail store. We're located only a half mile off I-10 at the Grant Road exit: 2410 N. Huachuca Drive, Tucson, AZ 85745.
Someone is usually in the store from 10AM-3PM, TUE-FRI but please email us or call 802-277-2900 to make sure. If you can give us a time window for your arrival, that is always appreciated.
WHERE WILL MY PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED FROM?
All products except CarGenerator ship from the Airstream Life Store fulfillment warehouse in sunny Tucson, Arizona. We are located a half mile west of I-10 off the Grant Road exit.
CarGenerator ships directly from the manufacturer.
WHICH SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
We use FedEx and the United States Postal Service. We choose the carrier that offers the best shipping rate based on your package size and geography.
MY DELIVERY WAS STOLEN FROM MY HOME/SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
We understand how frustrating and disappointing this can be. If our system has notified you that the shipment was delivered by the carrier, you must contact the carrier to resolve the issue and/or file a claim. We cannot file claims for stolen packages.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Most of the time, we can ship everything in one package. Occasionally, for logistical reasons or due to the size and weight of certain items, items will be sent in separate packages. If that happens, you'll receive tracking numbers for each package. If you ordered a teak shower mat, it typically ships separately from other items in your order.
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?
Sorry we don't, but if you can provide a US address (perhaps a forwarding service, a friend's home, or a UPS or FedEx location), we can ship your order there.
