If you are not satisfied with one of our products, we offer the following options.

 
If we sent you the wrong item, or the item was damaged during shipment:

We'll replace it at no cost, after you return the incorrect item within 30 days of the day we shipped it – as long as the item is:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In NEW condition, and
  • In its COMPLETE form (i.e., is not missing any pieces or parts)

Email us at store@airstreamlife.com and provide your:

    • Name
    • Order number
    • Reason (wrong item, damaged)

    We'll send you a return shipping label at our expense. Once we receive your item, we'll send you a replacement.

    For books, magazines, and custom-order items:

    We do not accept returns on these items.

    Sales on the following items are final:

    • Zip Dee chairs, carry bags, add-a-lounges, and replacement fabric
    • Custom-cut keys
    • Books
    • Magazines

    For all other items:

    We offer the following 30-day refund policy.

    If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it for up to 30 days after we've shipped it – as long as the item is:

    • Unused
    • In its original packaging
    • In NEW condition, and
    • In its COMPLETE form (i.e., is not missing any pieces or parts)
    For these returns, we offer two refund options:
    • Store credit for 100% of the purchase price
    • Refund of 85% of the purchase price - back to the payment method used to purchase the item

    We will issue a refund/store credit after the item has been shipped back to our store and we confirm that it meets our return policy criteria.

    Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, and will not be refunded. 

    Gift return policy

    We do not offer refunds on items that you did not purchase yourself. But we do have the following gift return policy:

    If you are not satisfied with a gift you received from the Airstream Life Store, you may return it for up to 90 days – as long as the item is:

    • Unused
    • In its original packaging
    • In NEW condition, and
    • In its COMPLETE form (i.e., is not missing any pieces or parts)

    We will issue a store credit in the amount of 75% of the gift's purchase price, after the item has been shipped back to our store and we confirm that it meets our return policy criteria.

    Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, and will not be refunded.

    How to return a product for a refund/store credit

    Email us at store@airstreamlife.com and provide your:

      • Name
      • Order number
      • Reason for return
      • Tell us which refund method you prefer: store credit (100%) or refund to your original payment method of (85%)
      • Package the items and ship them to the address we provide 

      We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the items in unused, new condition.
