Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to get my order?

We ship at least three times a week (more often in the holiday season).  Most items are shipped US Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery time not guaranteed). Some items, like Pendleton blankets and solar panels, are shipped FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.  Books are shipped US Media Mail except during holiday times when we use Priority Mail.

Custom-made items from Zip Dee, including chairs, replacement fabric, and solar shades take about 10 days to make, plus shipping time.

All Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx shipments receive a tracking number, which we will send to you.

Why do you require my phone number and email?

We use your email address to send you order confirmations and tracking numbers.  Your phone number is helpful if we have a question and can't reach you by email.  Also, FedEx requires a recipient phone number.  We don't use your email or phone number for any other purposes.

Will you ship outside the USA?

Yes!  We only accept orders from the United States through this website, but if you are from Canada or another country, feel free to contact us for a custom quote on shipping to your country.

Are you part of Airstream?

No, Airstream Life is an authorized licensee of Airstream Inc.
