How long will it take to get my order?

We ship daily Monday through Friday (more often in the holiday season).

We use US Postal Service, FedEx Ground, and UPS Ground. If you have a different address for postal mail or for FedEx/UPS, please let us know in the Notes field when you order.

Custom-made items from Zip Dee, including chairs, replacement fabric, and solar shades take about 10 days to make, plus shipping time. They'll ship separately from other items you order.

All Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx shipments receive a tracking number, which we will send to you.


Will you ship to Canada or other countries?

Yes!  We only accept orders from the United States through this website, but if you are from any another country, feel free to contact us for a custom quote on shipping to your country.



Do you have a retail store I can visit?

Why do you require my phone number or email?

We use your email address or phone number to send you order confirmations and tracking numbers.  Also, FedEx requires a recipient phone number.  We don't use your email or phone number for any other purposes, unless you opt-in for marketing emails.
